Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags and packaging are intact
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
Discounted or sale items
Customized or stitched products
Items damaged due to improper use or washing
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or design issues, subject to stock availability
Only one exchange per order is permitted
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the issue is our mistake)
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be made via the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable
