Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging are intact

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Customized or stitched products

  • Items damaged due to improper use or washing

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or design issues, subject to stock availability

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the issue is our mistake)

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers must send the product back using a reliable courier service

  • Glorious Luxe is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
